This privacy policy applies to the Finance Journal app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by MAISON DE PIERCE LTD (collectively, the “Application”). MAISON DE PIERCE LTD is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as your ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information using the privacy contact email below.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.

Security and breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

The Application does not retain personal information through normal use. Any information you voluntarily send to the Service Provider outside the Application is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain required business records.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by contacting harvey2langford@gmail.com. The Service Provider will delete eligible information within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations that may require certain records to be retained.

Changes to this policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider.

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
